Lynne has been an employment lawyer and business consultant for over 30 years. She has represented employees, employers, non-profits and governmental entities. Typical matters involve discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage theft, civil theft, whistle blowers and a variety of contracts. Due to the significant changes in Colorado and federal laws in the past 5 years, one of her primary functions is creating and updating employee handbooks.  She has advised C-suites, HR professionals and Boards of Directors from start-ups to local companies and national organizations. She was featured in a “Now” episode on a PBS documentary, Is Your Teenager Safe at Work regarding sexual harassment in the fast-food industry. Lynne created and presented professional development training courses on employment law and HR topics over the past 24 years. She was appointed to the inaugural Colorado Access to Justice Commission in 2002 and served on the 6^th Judicial District ATJ Committee for over 20 years. She has also served on numerous community Boards of Directors.
