Based in Durango since 2004\, she has worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs\, the Southern Ute Indian Tribe\, and numerous local boards and committees focused on youth. She is passionate about leadership development and volunteers with the Chamber of Commerce and its programs. In 2018\, she received the Barbara Conrad Leadership Award for her contributions to developing community leadership. She also supports local organizations in strengthening boards\, teams\, and leadership through her work with Authentic Elevations\, LLC.Kris Oyler is the Co-Founder and CEO of Peak Brewing Co.\, LLC (d.b.a. Peak Food & Beverage)\, the Durango-based group behind Steamworks Brewing Co.\, El Moro Spirits & Tavern\, and HomeSlice Pizza. A Colorado native\, he has led regional tourism and hospitality initiatives and served in leadership roles with the Durango Area Tourism Office\, the Colorado Restaurant Association\, and the Colorado Brewers Guild.
