Bridging Our Divides
Fostering Understanding and Connection Where We Live, Work, and Belong

Strong leadership isn't about always agreeing. It's about finding ways to work together despite our differences.

Whether you're leading a team, serving on a board, or engaging in community issues, navigating different perspectives is an essential leadership skill.

Join fellow LLP alumni for an interactive workshop with Rachel Turiel and learn practical tools to:

• Navigate difficult conversations and reduce tension
• Listen and understand different perspectives
• Find common ground and build stronger relationships

This isn't about changing minds. It's about strengthening our ability to lead, communicate and collaborate—even when we disagree.

Free to attend! Space is limited, so reserve your spot.

Reconnect with fellow alumni, gain fresh perspective, and leave with practical tools you can use right away. This is the third in a three-part series, with future sessions focused on additional leadership skills and community engagement. Join us and take your LLP experience to the next level.
